A written contract covers scope, price and schedule. California caps the deposit at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less.

Our crew does the job, permits pulled and inspections scheduled where the job needs them.

Walkthrough and sign-off
You walk the finished job with us before final payment.

How does pricing work?
We look at the job in person first, then send a written estimate, sometimes with more than one option. We do not quote a remodel or a permitted job over the phone: too much depends on what is actually behind the wall.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes, on any job that needs one. That paperwork is part of what a license is for, and we handle it as part of the job, not as a separate task for you.
