How long have you been building?
The license has been active since 2004 - over twenty years of permitted work in California, under the same CSLB number you can look up yourself. Residential and commercial, from a single bathroom to a building from the ground up.
What work do you take on?
Whole buildings and everything inside them: ground-up homes, ADUs and commercial construction, additions, full remodels, structural and framing work, roofing and gutters, concrete, and the electrical and plumbing that comes with the job. As a Class B general building contractor we run projects that involve two or more trades and carry them through plans, permits and inspections. Standalone specialty work - a service panel by itself, a re-pipe by itself - goes to the licensed specialty contractor it belongs to, and we will tell you so instead of taking it.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

How does pricing work?
We look at the job in person first, then send a written estimate, sometimes with more than one option. We do not quote a remodel or a permitted job over the phone: too much depends on what is actually behind the wall.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes, on any job that needs one. That paperwork is part of what a license is for, and we handle it as part of the job, not as a separate task for you.
